We would like to rent a room to a permanent tenant as soon as possible. We have a lot to share with you. More pictures will be sent by email once you visit or book your stay. The minimum stay will be 6 months to a year. It's an excellent neighborhood for walking or biking. We are in a small town called Cedar Creek, TX. we are 25 minutes from Austin Airport and City. We are 10 minutes or less from Circuits of the Americas and/or Bastrop, TX. The space The room you will be staying in and renting for 6 months to a year will be spacious, private, and cozy. You will have free access to the yard, decks, and beautiful quiet neighborhood. Guest access You will have access to your own room, kitchenette set, refrigerator, microwave, electric fireplace, full bathroom, and storage space.
