Beautiful newer Sørland house with high standard, 2 own jetties, 3 acres of rocks and 250 meters of beach line rented to a quiet family or e.g. 2 adult couples. There are many nice neighbors who live a quiet holiday life here and we therefore only rent to tidy people. No smoking and no pets. Hand soap, detergent, dishwasher detergent and other standard household items are in the house. Bed linen is also included in the rent and the beds are ready for you. The space The house is quietly located by a dead end road that leads over to the small pleasant island "Bergøya". There are good parking facilities on the plot and we have a charging box for electric cars. Here you can enjoy your holiday by the sea on the mainland with everything you would wish for a good and memorable southern holiday. The house has three large and one small bedroom: Bedroom 1: 180 cm double bed Bedroom 2: 180 cm double bed + pull-out bed suitable for children up to 10 years Bedroom 3: Bunk bed 90 cm Bedroom 4: Single bed 90 cm Beautiful kitchen with Miele appliances and cozy fireplace with natural stone. Exit to spacious veranda that has sun from about 10 am - 10 pm where most meals are often consumed. New Weber gas grill is purchased for the season. Gas is included. Large living room with sofa, chairs, TV with Apple TV, hobby corner/space for home office. Free use of the Internet for the whole family with fiber and Wifi from Altibox as well as very good 4G coverage. Outside there is also a lovely gazebo with long tables, possibility for music and heat in the evenings. EXPERIENCES: There are many great hiking opportunities, sandy beaches, a number of small and larger islands with beaches, bays and other exciting things to explore for young and old. Great location in Sørlandet: 5 minutes by boat to Lyngør 20 minutes by car to Tvedestrand and Risør. 40 minutes to Arendal 60 minutes to Kristiansand Zoo. 2 hours and 30 minutes from Oslo - 1 hour and 10 minutes from Kristiansand Other things to note BOAT (INCLUDED/RENTAL) There is a good berth for your own boats on the property, but you can also borrow our small RIB for free. We can also arrange the rental of a larger boat if desired: Boat 1: Mini RIB with 5 hp 4-stroke. Fits 2-4 people: INCLUDED Boat 2: 15 ft open Pioneer country boat with 9.9 HP for up to 6 people: NOK 3,500 per week. Boat 3: Canoe for 2 people: NOK 800 per week.
