There are a total of 3 bedrooms on the ground floor including 2 adult bedrooms and a children's room with two single beds. A wooden crib can be set up in the master suite upon request. There are 5 beds in total (3 adult beds and 2 children's beds). The bathroom, the utility room (washing machine and dryer), and the toilet are also located on the ground floor. Outside, there is a covered terrace with a small seating area and a large dining table with benches. The exterior is fully fenced, and you can park at the very end of the driveway. One of the bedrooms on the ground floor overlooks a garden with two terraces, a dry toilet and a solar shower with a hot/cold mixer tap. A 4.50 m x 2.20 m above-ground pool will allow you to cool off!
