This farmhouse is over a hundred years old, and sound can move through the home at times. We ask guests to keep voices and music low day and night to protect the peaceful nature of the estate. Quiet hours are 10 pm to 7 am. We use a simple noise monitor that only measures sound levels, not conversations. This helps us keep the house calm for all who stay here. Make yourself at home in our 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom farmhouse. Each room is uniquely designed using a mixture of the old and new. Our kitchen is set up for cooking and baking and is equipped with all the tools and essentials of home. The front and side lawn of the house are for your exclusive use. During your stay, you will have full access to the country porch, which includes an eight person jacuzzi and a quaint swing and dining area. Our beautiful home is also available to photographers and lifestyle bloggers to utilize our spaces for inspiring new content in our staged settings. Commercial use may be subject to an additional charge. Parties and special events held at the house require a separate booking at an additional charge. There is an additional fee if there are more than 8 guests on the property. Our maximum capacity is 16 in the house and 40 on the lawn at one time. Bonnieheath is a working Lavender Farm, Vineyard, and Winery. Please be respectful of your peaceful surroundings and rural neighbours. We do not allow rowdy or overly loud events of any kind and no loud music after 11pm. Guest access This booking gives you the main and upper floors of the farmhouse. The lower level is a private suite with its own entrance. The two spaces do not share any indoor areas, and sound can move through the home at times since it is older. We can combine the farmhouse and the cellar suite for larger visits when booked together. This works well for quiet family stays or small retreats. When both spaces are booked by one group, we turn off the indoor noise monitor since there are no other guests in the house. During your stay, you may roam our 130 acre farm, even when the retail store is closed. Check the seasonal retail hours to know if our winery is open. Private wine tastings and shopping visits are usually available year-round, however, they need to be booked in advance.
