Centrally located in downtown Jacksonville, the home is close to parks, harbors, kayak launches, and charming locally owned coffee shops and bakeries. Inside, enjoy a dedicated theater room with an 85” TV, surround sound, recliners, and extra-large bean bags-perfect for family movie nights. Roku streaming is available for guest logins. Sleeping includes an upstairs king bed, downstairs full bed, and a sleeper sofa, plus Keurig coffee for easy mornings. Guest access Guests have full, private access to the entire home during their stay. There are no shared spaces. All indoor and outdoor areas, including the driveway and amenities provided, are for guest use only. Other things to note Living Space Layout: The majority of the living space is located upstairs. Neighborhood Sounds: Due to the home’s proximity to a Marine base, occasional aircraft flyovers may be heard. Many guests enjoy this unique feature, especially aviation enthusiasts. Stairs: This is a two-story home and requires the use of stairs. Streaming Services: Roku TVs are provided. Guests may log into their own streaming accounts; movies are not provided. Parking: Parking is available for up to four vehicles with a private driveway and free street parking to the front of the home. Linens & House Care: Self-tanning products may not be used with sheets or towels. Stained linens may result in replacement fees. Landscaping: Landscaping services may occur periodically, typically on Thursdays during the summer months. Trash Collection: Trash pickup occurs on Fridays. Cans should be placed by the road near the mail box if you have a longer stay.
