Welcome to our charming and new equipped studio in a central location in the heart of Santurce, just minutes from the airport, tourist areas, restaurants, beaches and malls. The space Our studio is equipped with a queen bed, 43” smart tv with Wi-Fi, mini electrical stove, toaster, air fryer, microwave, blender, utensils for cook, coffee maker, mini fridge, beach towel, chair, cooler and coffee bar. Guest access Guest can use the roof of the house. Other things to note The studio is at the back of the house is on the second level, there are stairs. There are 3 studios with private entrance at the back of the house and there will be other guests that you can find in areas such as the entrance, the corridor or on the roof. Sometimes you can see cats in the street or passing in front of the house.
