Description
A peaceful, self-contained space with stunning sea and mountain views, ideal for hikers, golfers, fun-seekers and those who just want to relax and get away from it all. Situated in a quiet, friendly village, the property is close to amenities, pubs, restaurants, and fantastic scenery and activities. The space The single-storey suite was completely renovated and refurbished in 2021. The main living room area is bright and airy, with mountain and sea views. It contains a kitchenette (with a microwave, toaster and fridge, no oven), a fold down dining table and chairs, and a sofa that folds out into a spacious single bed (if the two guests don't want to share a bed). The bedroom has a double bed, storage and hanging space, and a bathroom /wc with electric shower in a separate area. Outside is a private, walled patio area with table and chairs, and there is a bench at the front overlooking the hills, the sea and the Great Orme. The property has WiFi - there is no TV, giving you a chance to switch off from reality. Guest access The property is adjacent to the main house, and is separate and private. The courtyard patio is also private. There is a sloping lane down to the garages, where there is room for one car to park. The lane is a a public footpath used by local walkers and our neighbours have car access to their property. Please note that the property is located on a fairly steep slope; the ground is occasionally uneven and there are steps into the property itself. Other things to note The suite contains radiators, a water heater, a fridge, shower, towel rail – and lighting of course – all powered by green electricity generated by the wind turbines located off the North Wales coast. As there is no other source of power or energy, there is no need for a carbon monoxide alarm. It should be noted that the property is not connected to the main sewer system and instead uses an off site septic tank, so we ask our guests to take care what goes down plugholes and the WC, thank you!
