Located in the heart of a small town called Le Merzer, my small country house combines charm and vintage. You will enjoy the very bright living room thanks to its beautiful bay window as well as its white woodwork veranda. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. I hunted it down, yes everything is second-hand at the house. My eco-friendly side! Perfect for a stay for couples, families or groups of friends. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 master bedroom and 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed. The space You can have a nice relaxing time. You are 10 min from Guingamp train station and 6 min from Saint-Agathon. A city where all the amenities you want will be at your disposal. Feel free to take your car to go for a little dip in St - Quay Portrieux, Binic, Plouha. Not to mention eating a small cake at the Port of Paimpol or in Loguivy. You can go on a trip to the island of Bréhat or make a crossing to the 7 islands of Perros Guirec.
