The back yard is like being in the Adirondacks, it backs up to the Gramlich Bird Sanctuary. But when you walk out to the front you are in the beautiful neighborhood of Fayetteville. The space Our studio is a very roomy and spacious area in the lower level of our home. We live upstairs and the studio is entirely private. You have your own entrance, patio space and amazing view. Guest access We have the entire backyard, and a patio area for your use. Gazebo area may be used upon request. Other things to note We welcome long term stays. We ask that you do not bring guests to the studio and respect our neighbors and neighborhood. Any pet needs to be approved before booking.
