Need a room for a stopover or for work? I offer you a 15 m2 room, clean, quiet, with lake view, on the top floor of the house allowing a certain autonomy. Coffee/tea available. Next to it, a 2nd bedroom can also be booked (listing "small room at the home for solo or couple"). Nearby: Lac de la Mouche & an inn (advance booking required). Parking is available in front of the house. The space The room is a little bit away in the house but to access it you have to go through my living spaces. The room has gray/blue walls, measures 15 m2 and offers a nice view of the lake. You can use the desk and its lamp to work. It has 2 large windows, one on the street side and one on the lake side. A tea/coffee area is available upstairs and is common to both rented rooms. An extra mattress on the floor can be installed for a 3rd person (to be included in the booking). The room is located in the home with shared living spaces and bathroom. - Use of the bathroom. The bathroom and toilet are shared with the locals and travelers in the adjoining room. It is necessary to note on the slate the times for booking the bathroom in order to organize its use. - Use of the kitchen. Only the dishes, sink and microwave are shared. The rest of the equipment is reserved for the hostess's family. Meals cannot be taken in the room. Parking in front of the house within the limit of available spaces, otherwise 100 m away in a public parking lot. In dry weather, possibility to go to the garden through the living room. Guest access Shared bathroom, toilet and kitchen. Packed or reheated meals. During your stay Guests will be able to meet and interact in common areas. Other things to note The bedroom has a 140 x 190 cm double bed. Possibility of adding a real 90 x 190 mattress on the floor for a 3rd person or a child. There is a cat in the house: Zéphyr.
