Maison B, warm and designer farmhouse in Provencal Drôme Located south of the Drôme, Maison B is an old Provençal farmhouse, with private pool and jacuzzi, completely renovated with particularly neat decoration. Thanks to its brightness and perfect integration into the landscape, the house combines modernity and authenticity to offer you a holiday atmosphere all year round. With friends or family, Maison B is a place conducive to disconnection, conviviality and well-being. The space You are in Provence in the South of the Drôme, not far from Mont Ventoux, in a gourmet and sporty area. You can enjoy the black truffle, the wines of the Côtes-du-Rhône and visit the typical markets. Villa Les Amandiers is a former mansion of 190 m2 on two levels offering 10 beds. The bright living space offers beautiful volumes. The centerpiece of the ground floor, the kitchen opens onto two living rooms and blends into the decor with its timeless style and full of character. Its window opens onto the terrace and offers a direct link to the outside that gives a friendly side to cooking and meals. The dining room, with direct access to the garden, leaves room for a large table that can seat ten people. The villa has two living rooms. The first is a more intimate space conducive to moments of calm and reading. The second offers a more spacious space, bathed in light where you can sit comfortably to listen to music, watch a movie or simply relax. The four bedrooms, all located upstairs, are spacious and comfortable. One of them has the particularity of having a small annex converted into a bedroom, with a single bed, ideal for a child. In each of the rooms you can enjoy your own bathroom. In order to offer you optimal comfort and give you the feeling of being at home, you will find beach sheets and soft towels at your disposal, as well as bath products from the Swedish brand La Bruket. Air conditioning is present on both levels in the living rooms and each of the bedrooms. The living space extends outside. Day and night, summer and winter, the outdoor living room sheltered from heat and bad weather, its armchairs and large bench are a point of relaxation and friendly and warm gathering. In this space you can also enjoy a jacuzzi at your disposal all year long as well as a heated salt pool. Once out of the water, beach sheets await you on the sun loungers and deckchairs at your disposal. The house is opposite a shaded public parking lot ideal for a small game of pétanque! Guest access Guests have full access to the property. Other things to note Please note that parties, evenings and any type of event (including bachelor/bachelorette parties) are not allowed. The house is intended for quiet and family use. Please respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. After 10 p.m., we ask that you lower the level of conversations in the garden. No pets allowed.
