Apartment in the city center

Beautiful apartment that can accommodate 4 people, ideally located in the city center. Walking distance to all sights and amenities: metro stop (Bessières) one minute, train station 12 minutes, lakeside 25 minutes (or 10 minutes by metro) several shops and restaurants on the street; in short, a very nice neighborhood! Also close to the historic district of La Cité, Lausanne Cathedral is a 5-minute walk away. Perfect for a few days or a weekend in town! The space The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and separate toilet as well as a very small balcony on the east side. The first bedroom offered is 18 m2 with a double bed and a desk. The second bedroom is a little smaller, about 13 m2, also with a double bed. We (Ferdinand and Alex, two brothers aged 26 and 27) have been living in this apartment for a few years and we feel great about it! Guest access The entire apartment will be accessible to you except for the cellar. The kitchen is fully equipped and can be freely used. Other things to note The neighborhood is very lively, with some well-known bars and restaurants nearby: Le Bleu Lézard, Le Java, Mauro Traiteur, L'Antica Trattoria, and many more! Because of this activity, the accommodation can be a bit noisy on weekend evenings, mainly the large bedroom overlooking the street (the other bedroom being on the courtyard side).
