The penthouse is composed as follows: - large living room with fireplace - large equipped kitchen - dining table with 4/6 people - 2 double bedrooms with a king size bed - 2 en-suite bathrooms - 1 laundry - 1 studio The penthouse is on second and top floor of an ancient residence in old town Paciano and it is composed as follows: On first floor there is a big living room with sofas and fireplace, opening on a wide dining room with a squared table and a fully equipped kitchen, a closet and a large master bedroom with king size bed and a spacious bathroom en suite with a bathtub with shower and handmade decorated tiles. On second floor there is a second large bedroom with king size bed, a large bathroom with bathtub with shower and handmade decorated tiles, a laundry with washing machine and a working/study area with a desk and a bookshelf. How to get to Paciano: Highway A1, exit “Chiusi/Chianciano” (coming from Florence) or “Fabro” (coming from Rome). From Chiusi train station, with intercity trains from Rome and Florence, and then 15 minutes by car or taxi to Paciano. Once you arrive in Chiusi, you can easily rent a car with the best Rental Cars. How to get to the penthouse: You can enter by car from Porta Perugina and get to the front door of the house to unload your luggage. You will then have to park your car at the nearby free public parking lot, outside the walls (2 minutes by foot). The penthouse is located inside the old walls of the XIV medieval Umbrian village of Paciano. It is in the main street, right in front of the Town Hall. The area is very well served thanks to the supermarket and the pharmacy which are at a 5 minute walk away, restaurants and bars also very close (2/5 minute walk). Ideally situated to explore nearby Lake Trasimeno, Perugia, Montepulciano, Montalcino, Siena and Florence, Paciano is well-positioned to fully experience the wonderful lands of Umbria and Tuscany.
