Yew Tree Cottage is a beautiful cottage nestled against the Malvern Hills with walks direct from the doorstep and stunning views from inside and out. The perfect base for walkers, golfers and explorers! Sleeps 4 guests with two bedrooms. Park on the driveway or in the garage and take the steps up to the garden and decked area to the entrance. The space A detached cottage set back from the road, with a small garden and deck giving beautiful views of the Welsh Mountains. All the living space is on one level, steps lead up from the parking area. Living room with smart TV, views from the windows, books, games and telescope. Electric fire adds some extra warmth in the cooler months. Snuggle up on the comfy sofas! Fully equipped kitchen diner, with pantry, washing machine, nespresso coffee machine, air fryer, microwave, fridge and freezer. Large selection of crockery and cooking utensils provided as well as some kitchen essentials such as salt and pepper, washing up liquid, cloths and tea towels. Bedroom one, with brand new kingsize bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Brand new for 2025 - our bathroom has just been completely renovated. Bath with rain head shower. Basin with storage space. Separate toilet. Bedroom two, with twin beds, chest of drawers and hanging space. HIVE heating system for you to use at your convenience. Outside - small garden with decked area and outdoor table and chairs with views from the deck. Steps down to the garage, which can be used for parking or secure and sheltered bike storage or golf bags. New for 2025 - EV car charger for guest use at an additional charge. Please note we have a doorbell camera monitoring the front door of the cottage, however this is not monitored during your stay and can be disabled upon request. Guest access Parking is available on the driveway outside the property, in the garage or on the street. There are no parking restrictions on the street. Other things to note There are 2 pubs within a very short walk . A grocery shop, cafe and pharmacy are a 2 minute drive away in Colwall. Colwall has a train station. The Three Counties Showground is 10 minute drive away. Great Malvern is a 5 minute drive away. There are two railway stations in Malvern, with good links to Birmingham, Bristol and London, Paddington.
