90 m² accommodation that can accommodate up to 6 people. Adjoining our house, the exteriors are common. Renovated & walled located in the center of St Même Les Carrières, a charming little village in the heart of the Cognac vineyards. You can discover the banks of Charente during a canoe, bike or electric scooter ride by taking the flow bike, a bike path that is 5 minutes from the accommodation. Nightly, weekly, and monthly rental. The space On the ground floor: a living room with equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, stove, range hood, microwave, Senseo coffee maker...) living room with sofa bed and a toilet/cellar. Upstairs: one bedroom with a 140 bed, one bedroom with two 90 beds, one shower room. Available in the gîte: baby bed/high chair.
