Other things to note Other Things to Note - Pets Welcome: We happily host pets with a $75 per pet, per stay fee. Please be sure to add your pet to the reservation so we can prepare the home accordingly. - No Parties / Events: We have a strict no-party, no-event policy. While we want you to relax and enjoy your stay with friends or family, unapproved gatherings or extra guests are not allowed. Violations may result in immediate termination of your reservation without refund. - Community Standards: Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 7 AM to respect our neighbors and fellow guests. Thank you for helping us maintain a peaceful environment. - Cameras: For the safety of all guests and property, we have security cameras on the exterior of the building. There are no cameras inside the home. - Stairs: This is a three-level townhome with multiple sets of stairs, which may not be ideal for those with mobility challenges. Dumbwaiter Instructions -Press the button next to the dumbwaiter door, then open the door. -Always close both the retractable interior door (slides down) and the exterior door after use. -If the door won’t open, it means a door is not fully shut on another level — check and close all doors properly before trying again. -Please use with care and do not overload. - Parking: The home includes a private 1-car garage, with additional parking available in the driveway and on the street.
