ABOUT THE GROUNDS: Castleton Farms is a sprawling, 500-acre compound at the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains and Shenandoah National Park with a working animal farm, fishing ponds, and gorgeous views. A five-mile paved footpath spans the property and is perfect for walking, jogging, or biking. Visit the friendly menagerie with emus, goats, chickens, a pig, donkeys, a zebra, and a zonkey. The magnificent Pool House complex an indoor pool, and hot tub (Additional  fee — paid at check-in). The house is private and for guests that have rented this property only Communal and complimentary amenities provided on our 550-acre estate: Each house has access to a pond. We have a catch and release policy. You must bring your own fishing gear. There are three tennis courts, we can provide a small supply of equipment on a first come first service basis. Our Fitness Center is open daily. We have a menagerie of animals for viewing.
