Welcome to our characterful cottage, nestled in the heart of a small authentic village ideally located to explore the tourist treasures of the region. Enjoy a spacious house that can accommodate 10 people with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms including 2 master suites as well as its private pool with its sunny terrace. The charm of the old, a neat decoration, the calm of the countryside, bicycles available, everything is combined for 1 unforgettable stay with family or friends. The space On the ground floor you will find a spacious and bright kitchen of 24 m2, fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge/freezer, classic filter coffee maker, Tassimo capsule coffee maker, kettle and toaster), large family table to share good meals. It opens onto a sunny terrace with a small private pool, sun loungers, small outdoor lounge and a breakfast table. A 25 m2 living room communicating with the kitchen by 2 small steps, with a large sofa, armchairs, TV, WIFI, board games and books available for young and old. It overlooks a small shaded terrace under a vine trellis ideal for relaxing. A separate toilet and washing machine. These warm living spaces are highlighted by beautiful exposed beams. The 1st floor is accessible by an internal spiral staircase or by a practical external staircase for more autonomy or for direct access to the bedrooms. 2 master suites, each with a 160 cm bed, their own private bathroom and a dressing room. A shared toilet for these 2 bedrooms. The 2nd floor has 2 attic bedrooms under the roofs full of charms but with some special features to know for a comfortable stay. The so-called "cabin" room, a small cocoon with a funny access has 4 beds (2 single beds and 1 double bed) perfect for children and the young at heart. The space is low ceiling with a maximum height of 1m60 ideal for sleeping, reading or relaxing, but you can't stand everywhere! The 2nd bedroom is more classic with a comfortable ceiling height with 1 double bed. The sloping bathroom with a maximum height of 1.80 m equipped with a small bathtub with integrated seat, a double sink cabinet and a toilet. To access this cozy little world, you have to climb a Japanese-style staircase, a bit steep. Nothing insurmountable, but it's better to know because it may not be suitable for everyone (especially the elderly and people with reduced mobility). These little details make up the charm of this corner under the roofs, but it's important to take this into account before booking. For your comfort, the beds will be made upon your arrival and the linens (towels and bath sheets) will also be at your disposal. Outside, a nice little garden with a charcoal barbecue and a covered terrace in an old barn with a large table, a small cozy living room ideal for aperitifs or smokers. And even a few bicycles available to go for a ride directly from the cottage. This cottage is a small, quiet and welcoming countryside area, perfect for vacations with family or friends.
