Brand new, permitted guest house in the Lake Balboa neighborhood of Los Angeles. We built it for our mother when that time comes when she will retire so it's made well, with a great shower, kitchen and heating/cooling. It's bright, quiet, clean and centrally located. You'll be close to the 405 and 101 freeways, the Metro Orange line and Balboa Park. It's a great place whether you're here with or without a car. The space The space is all yours. It's a separate entrance, private guest house. It's fully furnished and ready for long stays. Guest access ***THIS IS A 28-DAY ONLY LISTING ONLY. WE CANNOT HOST GUESTS FOR SHORTER STAYS. THE CITY OF L.A. IDIOTICALLY WON'T ALLOW NEW GUEST HOMES TO HOST FOR LESS THAN 28 DAYS. SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. *** Other things to note We cannot accept pets. We have two large dogs and cannot be responsible for your pet. The floors are brand new and cannot risk damage. Friday mornings is gardener day in the neighborhood.
