Ground floor: shared kitchen, fully equipped, dining area and TV lounge, toilet, landscaped courtyard. 1st floor: Shared bedroom and bathroom with toilet. 2nd floor: Private bedroom The space You are in a small townhouse (24 m2 on each of the 3 floors), like a seaside cottage, on a Greek island for example, (or a little pyramid, you are on Rue d'Égypte ;)), on a very quiet street, opposite a parking lot lined with palm trees. In the back, you have a peaceful courtyard. On the ground floor, you enter the integrated kitchen, with a high table and bar stools, and the living room with a TV. There is also a toilet downstairs. A beautiful chestnut staircase will lead you (barefoot, please!) to the first floor: a lovely white and rattan bedroom, blond wood parquet, new bedding in a 140 cm bed, with a desk and a closet/linen cabinet. Exotic bathroom with a spacious shower stall, vanity unit and toilet, and a heated towel rail. Washer in the storage room under the staircase. The attic is very bright thanks to the 3 skylights (with solar electric shutters) which will also allow you to ventilate for a pleasant temperature. Bed 140, desk and storage. But right now, Amandine, an extremely discreet young woman who is often away, is the regular tenant. Guest access Lockbox in case Amandine cannot accommodate you. Free parking lot just across. Other things to note I spent 2 years renovating this place, with eco-friendly materials that respect the environment and its future guests, with real attention to detail, with taste (my taste, anyway!), so that you feel as comfortable as possible.
