A beautiful chestnut staircase will lead you (barefoot, please!) to the first floor: pretty white and rattan bedroom, blond wood parquet, new 140 bedding, with desk and closet wardrobe/linen closet. Exotic bathroom with a spacious shower cabin, vanity unit and toilet, towel-dryer radiator. Washing machine in the closet under the staircase. The attic is very bright thanks to the 3 Velux windows (solar electric shutters) which will also allow you to ventilate for a pleasant temperature. 140 bed, desk and storage.
