Welcome to a spacious house, close to the ocean, nature, and one of Sweden's top 10 golf courses. A 20-minute drive from Gothenburg, only 5 minutes to Kungsbacka, where you can find charming cafes, shopping, and a fashion outlet. Perfect for more than one family or a larger group of friends. Within a four-minute walk, you will find the bus stop, grocery store, and gym. The house has a guest cottage with a sauna, and a car charging station. The space This modern house is a spacious one-story villa where you can go directly out into the garden and the sun deck which has sun most of the day, via the Enjoy the wonderful garden with sun all day. A trampoline and a lot of toys for children are also available for you as a guest. Large grill is also available. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need to cook delicious dinners together. Washing machine, dryer are in the house. The bathroom has a bathtub. It is a very social house with many open social areas, even with the possibility of adding mattresses on the floor for the large group. There are three dining areas, one of which is in the insulated, heated conservatory, with space for at least 10 people. There is also a guest cabin with an associated sauna, with room for 2 people and a cot. - Parking for at least three cars. - Child-friendly with playroom, bunk bed for children (dimensions: 70 x 160 ) all toys included! - Travel cot for toddlers is available, as well as three highchairs. - Fireplace - Greenhouse with cucumbers and tomatoes that you can pick if you are kind and water them every day :) - Additionally, we provide an electric car charging station for your convenience.
