Great place to stay in town when fishing, working or just relaxing on vacation. Fully stocked home with all the essentials you need to be comfortable, cook and enjoy your stay. Pets are able to roam freely in a privacy fenced backyard. 8 min to Lighthouse beach and just 13 min to Magnolia beach. Conveniently located to anything the town has to offer. Large driveway with room for trailer or boat. The space Kitchen includes: all the basics (pots/pans, plates, bowls, cups), plasticware for kids, wine and margarita glasses, blender, toaster, waffle maker, microwave, spices and much more. Coffee station includes a drip coffee maker with regular and decaf as well as powder creamer, sugar and hot tea. Bedroom 1 has a full size and twin bed. Blackout curtains and AC/heater. Please note that bedroom does not have a door. Instead, privacy curtains have been added to close off the space. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, full size closet with hangers and laundry hamper. Blackout curtains and AC/heater. Access to the restroom requires going through this room. Please see note on restroom picture. Pet friendly with a max of 2 with a fee of $50. Yard is a new, fully enclosed privacy fence. Bowls and toys available. A deep clean process takes place after pets. Please be sure to list your pets. Pet fee will be requested if haven't already paid at booking. We appreciate your feedback.
