Located on the very long sandy beach of Alcamo Marina, on the northwest coast of Sicily, Villa Luna Blu is the ideal home for a group of families and friends looking for a holiday in the sun and by the sea. Its location offers a wonderful view of the entire Gulf of Castellammare, from Punta Raisi in the east to Capo San Vito in the west. The highway junction is 5 km away, allowing you to reach the cultural sites of the surroundings and the western half of the island The space The house is divided into three very bright, panoramic apartments with large terraces. We offer it here as a whole so that it can comfortably accommodate up to 18 people. The property is accessed by a large gate that leads to a large courtyard that runs all around the house with a parking area on both sides, a sea-side area equipped with very practical outdoor showers when returning from the beach, and a garden on the front of the house. Access to the beach is private and is through the small gate on the sea side. Each apartment has its own entrance. On the ground floor there are 2 apartments: one for 4 people and one for 6 people. These two apartments can communicate through a side terrace so as to accommodate a group of 10 people. Otherwise, this side terrace is divided in two by a green flowerbed to ensure privacy for guests. The 4-person apartment called Luna Blu Mare, can accommodate 4 people and is divided into a living room/kitchen with all the comforts and with a breathtaking view of the sea, a sleeping area with a double bedroom, a double bedroom and a bathroom complete with shower. The apartment also has a large panoramic terrace equipped with a dining area and a relaxation area with comfortable armchairs. The apartment is fully air-conditioned with an air conditioner in the living area and an air conditioner in the sleeping area. The entrance to this apartment is on the sea side and in an elevated position. It is therefore accessed by means of a staircase for exclusive use. The apartment for 6 people called Luna Blu Terra can accommodate 6 people and is divided as follows: a large bright living room, a kitchen with all the comforts, a sleeping area with two double bedrooms, a double bedroom and two bathrooms complete with shower. Also here, a large terrace with a panoramic part overlooking the sea is equipped with a beautiful dining area and a relaxation area. The apartment is fully air-conditioned with an air conditioner in the living area and a very powerful air conditioner in the sleeping area. On the first floor is the apartment for 8 people called Luna Blu Cielo, which can be reached by means of an external staircase for exclusive use. The terrace at the entrance opens onto a huge living room with three relaxation areas and a dining area with a large table. From the entrance, you are amazed by the breathtaking view of the sea and the entire Gulf of Castellammare that offers the large French window from which you access the panoramic terrace. Being exposed to the northwest, you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets. From the living room, you can also access a large kitchen with all the comforts. The bedrooms are divided into two sleeping areas, each with two bedrooms (one double and one twin) and a bathroom complete with shower. All bedrooms have air conditioning. The living area is not air-conditioned but is very ventilated thanks to its large openings on three sides. Each apartment has a washing machine, a dishwasher, a 42-inch Smart TV and a high-speed fiber internet connection. The beds are very comfortable and guarantee a perfect rest with high-quality memory foam mattresses and pillows. All linen is white cotton and is supplied and cleaned by a company specialized in hotels. (Our guests will find a set of towels per person). We do not provide beach towels. Cleaning is provided by a professional cleaning company. The house has 5 parking spaces in the courtyard divided as follows: 1 parking space for the apartment for 4 people and two parking spaces each for the other two apartments. Parking is also available along the access road.
