There is plenty of room to gather with family and friends indoors and outdoors. Close to town to take a leisurely stroll to the shops, galleries, and restaurants. Take a drive to many vineyards and enjoy their beautiful landscapes. The space The RichMar Getaway is a relaxing day by the water, enjoying the outdoor games or a stroll through town and a quiet night by the firepit or soaking in the hot tub. Guest access As our guest, you have access to the entire house, deck, hot tub, and BBQ . No access to basement and garage. Other things to note There will be a starter kit provided to get you started with a kitchen pod, 2 garbage bags, a roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom and a laundry pod. There is an additional $300 pet fee charge per stay. Please be mindful to pick up after your pet. Additional fees will occur by our cleaning team. This property does not have weekly trash pick up. You will be responsible for any excessive trash. Please be mindful of the trash. There will be a $100 fee if trash is left behind. Non working items: No compensation will be given for non-working items outside the owners control, including but not limited to power outages,cable TV outages, internet outages, etc. For inside items the owners control, the owner will make every attempt to rectify problems that may occur while you are at The RichMar Getaway. It is the renter's responsibility to notify your hosts immediately if there are any problems. No refunds/compensations will be given for problems that your hosts can rectify within a reasonable time frame. There will be no refunds/compensations given because of a stain on fabric, etc. Liability The RichMar Getaway is a privately owned. The owner and hosts are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that may occur while on the premises or it's facilities. The owner and hosts are not responsible for the loss of personal items, belongings or valuables of the guests. You must be 25 years old to rent this property.
