Wasatch Sun Club This listing is for the main level guest room with access to an adjacent, newly renovated (shared) bathroom. You are welcome to use our kitchen, living room, laundry, and hot tub at your convenience. Easy freeway access, and close to restaurants, parks, walking and biking trails. (Non-smokers only, please!) House is located in a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood in Taylorsville. We're a professional couple with no children. This is a great, central location for anything you want to do in the Salt Lake Valley. 15 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes from downtown, and 30 minutes from popular ski resorts. Guest access Guests will have their private room (with flat screen TV and Roku streaming), access to shared bathroom (right next door), as well as access to a fully stocked kitchen, living room with 55" flat-screen TV, patio with hot tub, and private backyard. We also have a swimming pool (available April - October). We have someone who mows our lawn on Saturdays (seasonally). Please note that this is a shared listing. You will have a private bedroom, but the rest of the living space is shared (including the bathroom). My girlfriend and I live in the house (our room is upstairs). We have another room we rent, so there will likely be other guests present. Please see our other listing if you would like to reserve both rooms. We are LGBTQ+ friendly. We also have a dog. She's seven years old, half black lab, half pit. She kind of has the run of the place, so we hope you like dogs. :) Please note that this is an older house, the floorboards creak, and there are bedrooms above you. We have an RV pad which can accommodate two cars, and street parking is available. This may change in the winter months after heavy snowfall. During your stay We both work during the day, but are usually home in the evenings. Some days we work from home. If you like company, we are happy to hang out and socialize (schedules permitting). But we will also give you privacy if you prefer. Our goal is to make our guests comfortable. Other things to note Clothing optional means just that. You are free to wear as much or as little as you like while you're our guests. There may be other guests present during your stay, and they are also free to wear as much or as little as they would like. Your hosts are naturists and we follow AANR behavioral standards (aanr dot com). If you have any questions or concerns, please message us before booking. Also please note that the bathroom is shared with other guests. There is an additional bathroom available in the basement if the main bathroom is occupied.
