Ottawa Beach Historic District Guest Suite

Location! Location! Built in 2016 our home is nestled in the Ottawa Beach Historic District just steps from both Lake Michigan and Lake Macatawa. You can't beat it with access to beaches, marinas, bike paths, Mt. Pisgah Dune boardwalk and more. The area is your playground! Our private entrance guest suite offers 2 BR (2 twins, queen), full bath, living rm/kitchenette w/ smart TV, coffee pot, fridge w/freezer, microwave/air fryer/convection, patio, grill, AC in a superb location near the beaches. The space The closest hotel to this area is 6.5 miles away. Instead of a pool, we have the shores and beaches of Lake Michigan and a smaller beach on Lake Mac. Our home is newer construction which means you have the modern comforts of a solid structure, A/C and heat. A Baby Webber offers you the option to grill out if you choose. The mini-fridge provides space for grill food, meats, beverages, veggies and fruits. Pack a lunch and some snacks for the beach. Take a walk to the pier. Enjoy a bike ride down the many bike paths in the area. Guest access The guest suite is part of the main house but has its own private entrance and does not provide access to the rest of the house. You have your own private space in the guest suite. Other things to note Kitchenette and living room area are combined. Kitchenette amenities: combo microwave/air fryer/convection cooking, mini fridge with freezer, sink with disposal, dishes, utensils, Instant Pot, toaster, hot plate and coffee pot. Minimal paper products provided. Small table expands into round table for meals. Living room: smart tv, DVD player, leather furniture, coffee table.
