Room #1 - Queen size bed with master bathroom suite Room #2 - Queen size bedroom and closet Room #3 - Downstairs. Full-size bed with twin bunk overhead. Bunk Room - (3) Full/twin bunk beds with twin mattress pull out below (can sleep up to 12 in this room alone). Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house (including the garage), minus the utility room and a couple of storage closets.
