Stadtvilla Jelena

Our listed town villa was built in 1902 and lovingly renovated in 2010. We didn't prepare the guest apartment until 2021 and partly equipped it with antique furniture. This is located in the basement of the villa. As a special bonus, we offer the use of the sauna at the price of €15 per day as well as the wood-burning stove. A wooden box is already included; each additional one costs €10. The apartment is very centrally located and you can reach many shopping opportunities on foot. The space A De'Longhi coffee machine with coffee supply, a tea maker with a selection of teas, a microwave, a toaster, an egg cooker and the washing machine as well as a cozy wood-burning stove are standard equipment. There is a sauna in the apartment, which can be used for €15 per day. On warm days you can find a quiet place in our beautiful rose garden and listen to the crickets. Guest access Access to the apartment is at the rear of the villa.
