The unique and light-flooded accommodation is in a quiet location not far from the Almerimars golf course. The cozy and lovingly designed balcony invites you to linger, where you can enjoy the unrestricted view over Almerimar, the golf course, to the sea and the marina. The Punta Entinas nature reserve is within walking distance, as well as the port with countless bars, restaurants and cafes, as well as the Almerimar beach promenades on both sides of the marina. The space The apartment is on the second floor of a residential complex with a pool and underground parking. It is fully equipped and has air conditioning and ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom. Windows are available in every room, so that excellent ventilation (especially in summer months) is possible. The apartment is bright and flooded with sunlight, but of course all windows can also be darkened with curtains and blinds. The balcony has an awning, as well as two side panels for possible sun protection. Both the bedroom and the living room have a large built-in closet, which offers generous storage space. In the bedroom, there is a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), and in the living room, there is a sofa bed (1.30 x 1.90 m). A baby bed can also be provided. The pool (open July to September) of the residential complex is accessible by key access. There are several elevators in the house and both the apartment and the underground garage can be reached via the stairs or elevator. Immediately next to the parking space in the underground garage there is a cellar room, which can be used as storage space if necessary (e.g. for strollers, surfboards, bicycles, golf trolleys, etc.). Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment, as well as the underground garage, the basement room and the pool area. Other things to note The nature reserve "Punta Entinas" is a 20-minute walk away, it stretches over a length of 12 km along the coast. There you have the opportunity to observe flamingos in their salt lakes. The long stretch of beach, where you can hike to the lighthouse near Roquetas del Mar, is usually not very busy and therefore particularly inviting if you want to be away from the promenades and chiringuitos. The beaches around/in Almerimar are also particularly popular for windsurfing. In the center of Almerimar, not far from the marina, there is a bike rental that rents out various mobile bases (including four bike bikes for families or go-karts for children). The marina of Almerimar can be reached in about 20 minutes on foot, where countless restaurants, cafes and small boutiques line up. The Cabo de Gata Natural Park with its crystal waters and fantastic beaches can be reached in about 1 hour. Also the semi-desert of Taberna, as well as the western city of Mini-Hollywood in which some well-known western films were and still are being filmed. With daily Western performances and an associated zoo, visitors are always thrilled and is not just for Western fans. Also an hour's drive away, the Alpujarras are located in the Sierra Nevada, with its idyllic and picturesque white mountain villages. Almost a must for nature lovers and hiking fans.
