A monumental building, designed by the architect of the Louis Hartlooper complex. Former radio distribution building (from WW II). It is our own home; we live there with our 3 kids. So don't expect a super tidy/well-organized house, but do expect a place where you can relax and play :). The rooftop garden is to be used. Downstairs garden is not to be used; garden of the neighbours. During April–May 2026, the water will be cold. Up to you if you feel OK with renting our house ;).
