The space has recently been refurbished throughout with a modern, well equipped kitchen, new bathroom and stylish decor. It's fully self contained and benefits from communal gardens. The flat itself comprises of:- A large, bright lounge with lots of natural light that offers a great place to relax with comfy seating for 4 and dining table and chairs. You’ll also find a 40” smart TV, bluetooth speaker and a selection of games, books and puzzles to keep you entertained. French doors open onto the shared garden space A cosy master bedroom with comfortable king size bed with crisp white linen, hanging space for your clothes, full length mirror and two bedside cabinets. A small double bedroom with equally comfy double bed and white linen, and a chest of drawers. All our bed linen is 100% cotton. A small but well equipped kitchen with electric oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Along with a toaster, kettle and cafetiere, you'll also find everything you need to cook including saucepans, bakeware and utensils. The bathroom is modern with a shower over the bath. Towels are provided. We welcome families and young children. The accommodation is all on one level and we can provide travel cot and highchair on request. Electric car charging is not possible but we can point you in the direction of local charging points Guest access You will have full access to the apartment for the duration of your stay. It has its own private entrance and there are no internal communal areas Other things to note No smoking and no pets allowed. 4 person maximum including babies and children. Strictly NO PARTIES or visitors Please be aware that a Ring doorbell camera is located at the front door entryway. It features active video and audio recording capabilities. This exterior device is used solely for home security and to assist with your check-in process. No monitoring devices are located inside the home or in private guest area
