You can relax at the end of the day on one of the two balconies, watch something on cable or Netflix or just spend time cooking in our full kitchen. The building has 24-hour security by security totem with remote person. Other things to note House Rules •Only people registered in the reservation can enter the apartment and the building. • No parties or events are allowed. The grill area is enabled only for reservations of more than 3 months and is with prior reservation. Cleaning is the responsibility of the person who uses the space, who must leave it clean when checking out. • Arrival time is from 2:00 PM. •The departure time is at 10:00 AM •When it is possible to make an early entry (before 2 PM) or a late departure (after 10 AM) (sometimes the calendar does not allow it). •At the time of booking, the full name and identity number or passport of each guest will be requested.
