There is a snug at the back of the property which is perfect as an extra entertainment room or work space. The cottage has a large pet secure garden with a terrace, grass area and fire pit. There are two beaches within a 15 to 20 minute walk and a pub within 2 minutes. There are 5 to 6 surf stops within a 20 minute drive . A large Tesco supermarket is within a 5 minute walk and the centre of St Ives can be reached with a 20 minute walk. There is also a regular bus service from the property. Guest access You will have use of the entire house and garden. Other things to note There is an Aga in the kitchen that can be used for a small small extra charge.
