Our cottage is located in the heart of the Perche regional park in the outbuilding of an old renovated farmhouse. It can accommodate up to 8 people and offers all the necessary comfort for a pleasant and relaxing stay. The space Take advantage of the bright living spaces in a large living room for warm family moments. Many board games await you for a holiday filled with good humor. You can also relax by the wood stove, by the fireside. The 3 bedrooms of the cottage are designed to adapt to your needs. The first bedroom is equipped with a 160cm double bed. The second bedroom of 21 m² can accommodate up to 4 people with its 4 adjustable beds of 90cm. Finally, a "workshop bedroom" arranged with two 90cm beds that can be combined into a 180cm double bed. Outside, you can dine on the terrace by the pool. A barbecue is at your disposal. You can enjoy the heated swimming pool from May to Septembre, in all weathers thanks to its retractable shelter. You can also use the table tennis set. Guest access This old U-shaped farm built on 3000 m2 is composed of 3 independent and non-joining buildings: the cottage, my house and the barn. The driveway to the cars is common. You can park 2 cars in the barn in front of your house. Your garden of about 700 m2 is located in the landscaped courtyard. The pool is reserved for you. My garden and terrace are located at the back of the barn and my house. Other things to note Linen is provided: sheets, towels, pool towels, tea towels and napkins. The beds are made on arrival.
