Swell Retreat South Side: 1 acre fun pond with a floating island, kayaks, paddle boards…So many opportunities for fun! 40 acres of land on a 208 acre farm. The space 208 total acres at Swell Retreat and the Swell Retreat South Side is 40 acres. Your stay will include a private glamping tent and shared access to Lacy’s Lake (includes the floating island, kayaks, and paddle boards). 10 acres of pine trees, a retired Christmas Tree Farm, with beautiful wild life. There is a self serve zipline in the trees. *Clean porta potties *Outdoor shower or the local swimming pool has indoor showers for a fee. *No power available near tents. There is internet and power available at the office….ask for details. A couple miles away: grocery store, Maverik, and dining. 15 minutes away: world class bouldering, 3 reservoirs, Manti La Sal Mountain Range (Joe’s Valley). 30 minutes away: The Little Grand Canyon.
