This modern style home is centrally located-- 10 minutes to Adventure Coast Fun Park 7 minutes to Weeki Wachee Spring 8 minutes to Botanical Garden & Nursery 16 minutes to Pine Island (white sand beach w/ $5 all day parking) 45 minutes to Tampa International Airport 1 hour to Clearwater Beach 1 hour & 45 minutes to Disney World The space Our one-story AirBnB is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood centrally located to all that Florida's Adventure Coast has to offer, including the nearby Weeki Wachee Springs. This upscale home was completely renovated in July 2023, including a remodeled kitchen with all new appliances (check out the wine fridge), 3 full bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, new engineered hardwood flooring throughout the entire home, modern lighting and fixtures, and brand new furniture. Each detail in the home was hand selected to fit the home's modern theme with the intention to make this home the ideal place to kick back after a day exploring or to simply relax in the Florida sun. The open floor plan of the living room, dining room and kitchen creates a perfect space for families and friends to gather. The backyard oasis includes a large pool, covered patio, beach area and fire pit. The backyard is fully fenced in and the pool area is equipped with a sunbathing lounge chair, heatee pool, sectional sofa and chairs, and pool toys and floaties. The rocks in the backyard are soft rocks so they are safe for walking. Rainy day? No problem! Guests can also enjoy our home inside playing board games, cards, or relaxing while watching a movie on our 75-in TV in the living room. Each bedroom is also equipped with its own TV with access to Netflix and other major streaming apps. The kitchen features brand new stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, and appliances, including a Nespresso coffee maker (pods included), tea kettle (with tea), toaster, blender, and more. Each of the 3 bedrooms provide plenty of natural light (or you can use the blackout curtains if that's more your speed) and have their own bathroom (with the caveat that the third bedroom's bathroom is accessible via the living room). Beds are stocked with brand new luxury bedding. A dedicated home office workspace is located in the back suite of the house (including an extra monitor, mouse and keyboard). A pack-and-play crib is also available in the master suite closet. Although each bedroom has its own dresser and luggage rack, don't bother bringing an extra suitcase for clothes because the unit also includes a new washer and dryer. We look forward to hosting you! Guest access Check in is at 4:00 p.m., and check out is at 11:00 a.m. Guests have access to the entire house, pool area and backyard. Our home is equipped with fast private WiFi and keyless electronic entry. We do charge a $40 fee for an early check in and/or late check out. Other things to note House Rules: This is a family home located in a residential area. We expect you to treat our home with the same respect as you would treat your own. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Pets are welcome, but there is a one time $100 pet fee. Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited on the premises unless otherwise approved by the host. If unauthorized party occurs, there is a $200 fee. Our driveway allows for 3 vehicles. Please keep the street parking to a minimum. There is a strict no smoking rule within the home, if there is evidence of smoking indoors, there will be a $250 fee. Please pick up after yourself if smoking outside. Supervision of children who are in or by the pool is required at all times. No glass, sharp or other foreign objects in the pool. This property has outdoor security cameras solely meant to protect the property from potential trespassing, break-ins, or theft. Please do not tamper with outdoor cameras. If Sync Module is unplugged for more than a day, or outdoor cameras are moved, there will be a $50 fine. A standard cleaning fee is included in your reservation. However, an additional cleaning fee may apply if the house is left in excessively dirty condition (trash left outside the bins, stained furniture, etc).
