Nova Aliança Apartment

The apartment is a beautiful and cozy (small) STUDIO furnished with several items for you to stay several days, the mattress is foam and very firm, the TV contains several sports channels, movies etc. I clean the apartment myself (Inside the building there is a small market with various drinks and food items to make life easier for the guest). The building is calm, quiet and easy to access! Check-in can be done at the front desk or with me. The building is near 2 malls, bars, Fatesa, Unip, pizzeria, gas station. The space very cozy and with several facilities! Guest access access to the entire apartment!
