Parking is easy with a 2-car garage, EV charging ports, shared driveway for up to 3 cars, and street parking as well. You will have full access to the entire unit (not shared) that includes: KITCHEN: ▪Fully stocked kitchen includes wine glasses, cups, regular glasses, and bowls (for adults and kids), utensils (for adults and kids), pots, pans, a coffee maker station, electric kettle, microwave, spices, cooking oil, and more! BEDROOMS: ▪Bedroom 1 (upstairs): The Master Bedroom features (1) KING SIZE BED with a closet, master bathroom and private outdoor balcony equipped with modern outdoor seating. ▪Bedroom 2 (upstairs): This bedroom features (1) Twin and Full size bunk beds and 2 Twin size beds with high quality bedding and a walk-in closet for you to store your belongings during your stay. - Bedroom 3 (downstairs): a Full size bed and a closet and work desk with desk lamp. ▪Bedroom 4 (upstairs): Full size bed and Twin size bed with high quality bedding for your best comfort. * A comfy sofa bed is available in the Living Room. Guest access We provide our guests with keypad, self check in with access to the entire house. All guests may enter through the front door or through the garage (with keypad.) We'd be happy to entertain our guest's request for early check in or late check out, as long as our cleaning crew can finish their work. We welcome your inquiry. These rules allow us to continue sharing this lovely home for everyone to experience. ▪This is a friendly & quiet neighborhood, please be respectful of our neighbors and do not disturb at any time. ▪Out of consideration for our neighbors, we do not allow any gatherings/celebrations on the property. No loud music or parties/events are allowed. No patio/outside gatherings allowed after 9:30pm. We rely on the "WYND Sentry Smart Home" noise monitoring device to monitor noise decibel levels. Note, the smart home device does not record audio or video to protect your privacy. *If any neighbors report a complaint and/or call police for disturbance, a warning will be issued. If the noise persists or becomes excessive, all guests will be asked to leave immediately without refund. ▪Smoking of ANY KIND is not allowed on the property at any time. Violation of this policy will result in $1,000 PENALTY and guest(s) will be asked to leave immediately without refund. PARKING: ▪Two-car garage with EV charging outlet. *Garage is to be used for parking ONLY. ▪Up to two vehicles can park on the left side of the shared driveway in front of the garage. ▪Street parking is available (please refer to street sweeping and garbage pick up day and time) *Guests are responsible for their own vehicles safely and violation ticket(s), if any. STREET SWEEPING: ▪Every Tuesday (7am-2pm). Please DO NOT park on street on Tuesdays from 7am to 2pm to avoid parking ticket. GARBAGE PICK UP: ▪Every Wednesday (7am - 12pm). Please DO NOT park on street close to trash/recycle bins on garbage pick up days.
