It is a 5min drive to James Cook University Hospital,3min drive to Middlesbrough Sports Village and a15min drive to the picturesque Cleveland Hills and Roseberry Topping.Marton Train Station is only a15minute walk,with routes to the beautiful surrounding coastal towns such as Saltburn and Whitby.We are located just off A174 with easy access onto the A19. Guest access Guest entrance, guest staircase, listing is on third floor of property. This listing has its own living area with its own tea/coffee station and fridge. There are two secured bedrooms (one double and one super king/2 singles) and ensuite bathroom that are accessed from the living area. Guests have access to our utility on the ground floor for use of washer/dryer/iron/ironing board, microwave, toaster and hot plate for cooking. There is private off road parking on our driveway and a downstairs WC on the ground floor. The living area is at the top of the third floor staircase, this area is open and a baby gate is available for families on request. There is another Airbnb space ‘spacious escape’ on the floor below, so if it is occupied, you may encounter other guests on the stairs, or when using the utility. There is also the option to book both spaces out in our listing ‘the pad’ if you would prefer both floors to yourself.
