The unit has a Smart Television that can be used to stream your favorite companies, eg, Roku, Netflix, Hulu, Disney etc., plus there is an antenna installed to allow tenants to watch local channels. The internet is already connected. 1 Gig Fiber Optic, so it's suitable for working remotely if needed. Free parking is available for one car on the driveway.
