2 furnished bedrooms 1 bath in combined area of Shared home plus use of all common spaces. W/D, fenced backyard, patios, concrete driveway. The space 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom in a wing of my house just for you! 5 minutes to Kings Bay Sub Base, 20 to I-95, 35 to Jax and 40 to the beach. Excellent neighborhood. Guest access Enjoy the full house (except for my room), including spacious backyard with privacy fence, patios and even a fire pit for s’mores! Also on site: full kitchen with all the amenities, laundry, tiled and wood floors throughout. During your stay I live in the house with my senior rescue pup - always supervised but loves attention! I’m pretty flexible and try to give others plenty of privacy.
