All this is only 5 minutes walk down to many beaches in West End and an endless array of amazing restaurants and nightlife. Below the balcony you will hear the waterfall into a cooling plunge pool. The pool area includes a solar heated outdoor shower. Inside, you will sleep in the most comfortable memory foam bed with premium sheets and a choice of soft or firm pillows. Each room features fans and AC units for keeping you cool and refreshed. Quality cook-ware in the kitchen is provided including BBQ tools for your outdoor BBQ with a unique pass-through window from the kitchen to the BBQ space! You won't want to leave the balcony. The view is mesmerizing, the breezes (almost every day) are cooling, the sounds are peaceful and there are multiple places to enjoy. We had our outdoor funky furniture built by some local Hondurans with fun carvings. Plus, we threw in a sound/music pod for good measure if the birds and peace isn't enough! The home is TWO separate Two-bedroom apartments. This listing is for the Whole house including 2 separate kitchens. The access to both apartments are via a locked gate to an exterior (also secured) stairwell. *Each 2-bedroom, 1/bath apartment can be rented separately via a separate listing. We have a lovely property manager who will either offer airport pick up in a clean comfortable vehicle (SUV, seats 4 with room for luggage in back) for $25. She can offer a stop at the grocery store on the way for an additional $10 OR she can meet you onsite to let you in or answer any questions. We can also offer self-check in if preferred We are located in a private and peaceful area just up a private gravel road from the main West End road, NEAR, but NOT inside of Sunset Villa's neighborhood. Free parking onsite. Easy walk to the middle of West End Electricity is charged separately . I am including $50/week in the weekly rate - which is about what it costs to run each apartment using fans and lights, etc. IF you choose to use the AC, it can add an additional $100 or so per week. We have a high-tech electricity monitoring system hooked up to the apartment's breaker box and can monitor on an app (and show you usage) the actual usage of the apartment.
