15 min to downtown 19 mins to Calgary airport 9 mins to east hills shopping 5 mins to Stoney trail (Calgary's ring road) Our town home offers a wide variety of coffees, teas and juices, we also have select breakfast items offered for a quick and easy breakfast (milk NOT provided unless requested) The space Newly renovated home with 3 bedrooms, bedrooms are all private spaces with one bed in each room and a pull out couch in the living room. There is 1 full bath located on the upper floor and a half bathroom located on the main floor. Be advised there is only 3 TVs located in the home, one in the main living room, one in the king room and one in the first bedroom. There is one queen room without a T.V. Please note all T.Vs are smart T.Vs and you will have to use your own streaming accounts. If this is an issues please reach out we would be happy to help. Guest access Guests will have access to the full house other than one room in the basement that will be locked for storage. Other things to note We have began updating our back yard space with a good portion complete for you and your family to enjoy together, however we do have a space that is still needing to be done so please be mindful of that area until we are able to complete the full remodel of our back yard. We are both pet and kid friendly please advise before bringing either so we can properly prepare. We do have a pet fee if you are bringing a furry family member so please include them in the reservation. We provide a water and food dish and litter box and litter as well as treats for your furry family member. We do have 2 cameras for security on the property one in the front and one in the back of the house both as door bell cameras we do not constantly monitor these cameras, they are there to assist with check in.
