The accommodation - Fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (LV, LL) - Living room : TV with Netflix, east-south and west-facing bay windows opening onto terrace, pleasant fixed frame with west-facing bench seat overlooking the countryside - Bedroom 1 : suite with queen size bed 160x200 and shower room and WC - Bedroom 2 : Queen size bed 160x200 and desk area - Bedroom 3: From 1 to 4 single beds 80x200 or 1 queen size bed 160*200 - Bathroom : Bath/shower and WC Bed linen optional. 1km from the sea and the famous cabins, and 1km from the shops. Guest access Travellers have access to the entire property. Other things to note Arrivals are self-service for greater flexibility. They are from 4pm and departures must be no later than 11am. Accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week (from 10am to 9pm). In the house, all our guests receive essential items for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) as well as a tea towel. A welcome kit with kitchen bin bags, bathroom bin bags, a sponge and washing-up liquid is provided free of charge on arrival for the duration of your stay. We are committed to providing a pleasant experience, however, please note that we are not a hotel service. Mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel refreshment, replenishment of essential items, or delivery can be arranged on request at an additional cost. When you confirm your stay, you will receive the ArchiDuchesse tourist booklet, our tips with promotional codes from our selected partners, and the arrival instructions for your accommodation. Enjoying a rental also means following a few rules to ensure that everything goes smoothly and to avoid any surprises with the deposit! Please take care of the accommodation as if it were your own: avoid damage, respect the furniture and leave the premises clean when you leave. Follow the instructions regarding schedules and use of equipment, and respect the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood. If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to let us know. Please note that parties are strictly prohibited (€250 will be deducted from the deposit), the accommodation is entirely non-smoking (€50 will be deducted from the deposit), pets are not allowed (€50 will be deducted from the deposit) unless requested and agreed in advance by us, and any loss, theft or damage will be charged at the actual replacement value.
