House with hot tub at the edge of the forest. Come and enjoy a quiet corner, between the forest and the birdsong, nothing better to relax with family or friends. Hot tub, petanque court, ping pong, plancha, barbecue... Located 5 minutes from the city center, 7 minutes from the lake, 12 minutes from the ocean. The space Sheets are provided from April to the end of October, possibility to take them as an option for other periods! (see below for rates) The accommodation consists of a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, living room with convertible corner sofa, TV with Canal and Netflix. A reversible air conditioning is located in the living room. Guests have 3 bedrooms: - A master bedroom with a queen bed, a bathroom equipped with a shower, a sink and a toilet. -A bedroom with a 140 bed. -A room with bunk bed and 90 drawer bed. - A sofa bed in the living room. All rooms come equipped with storage. A second independent bathroom, with shower, sink, toilet and washing machine. Outside,: Large terrace including a covered part under which is the table and the plancha. Another covered area where you can relax in the spa, sleeping 6 and an outdoor shower. !!!! The spa is forbidden for children under the age of 12!!!! A barbecue location is available at the edge of the terrace. Part of the garden is made of artificial grass, on which is installed the bocce court (balls available) and the ping pong table. On the other part made of natural grass you will find the shade to rest there. Private parking that can accommodate 4 or 5 cars is located just in front of the house. Other things to note Linen option (from November to March): €6 per bed Bath towel option: €3/per person Extra person per night: A surcharge of €28 per person per day will be charged for any additional person spending the night in the accommodation. Day visitor: A supplement of €10 will be requested for any additional people spending the day in the house. Optional baby equipment depending on availability (crib, bathtub and high chair)
