Relaxed and Spacious Flat in the Middle of Prague

Welcome to my just renovated (2023) relaxed apartment - located right in a backstreet of the city center, without any car traffic to bother you! The apartment is clean and prepared for any travelers’ needs. Everything is within walking distance from the apartment, and metro station Karlovo Náměstí is only 3 mins away by foot! There many restaurants, cafes, bars and shops around. If you come by car, ask me about availabilty of parking  in a courtyard - 20€/day. And yes, we have Wi-Fi internet ;) The space BUILDING - This apartment is situated on the ground floor of the historical building built in the beginning of the last century. Windows are heading to a quiet courtyard and in summer is apartment naturally cool. We have small reception downstairs in the opposite building where we are some hours every day to say hello usually around 2PM, otherwise we will send you keybox instructions on arrival day. We have complimentary maps of Prague and some discounts in nearby restaurants. Guest access DISPOSITION and EQUIPMENT - Apartment consists of entrance space, living area, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom area, bathroom with shower and toilet. Living room features comfortable sofa bed (possible to convert to a full size 160cm wide bed). Bedroom features queen bed (180 cm wide) with comfortable mattress and large wardrobe. High speed WiFi is of course there. The kitchen features dishwasher, glass ceramic cooker and oven/microwave as well as the refrigerator. It is stocked with all cook and glassware you may need and electric kettle. Also there for your free use: coffee, sugar, salt&pepper, cotton towels. Space in the entrance area is available for storing your luggage. Flat also contains iron, ironing board, etc. Other essentials include: hair dryer, all the linens, towels, shower gel, hand soap, toilet paper.
