The master bedroom is the definition of wilderness luxury with a private balcony and firepit to enjoy the evenings. It's a fantastic spot to have a glass of wine and watch the stars! The room has a 65" tv for your enjoyment. The 2nd bedroom has a comfortable queen bed with a camping/explorer theme, a faux campfire, faux pine trees, and a 65" tv for your enjoyment. The 3rd bedroom is a fun cabin theme and outfitted with two doubled-sized beds and an air matrress. It has two gaming bean bags, a Xbox One system, neon gaming lights, and a 55" tv for your enjoyment. ☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆ The home has two full bathrooms, one on the main level with a standing shower, and the other upstairs with a shower/tub combo. Both bathrooms are stocked with all the essential toiletries, including body wash, shampoo & conditioner, Q-tips, hair dryer, and lots of extra towels. ☆☆ KITCHEN & GREAT ROOM ☆☆ If you don’t feel like a visit to any of the local restaurants, the full kitchen has all the tools you need to whip up tasty home-cooked meals. Modern and newly renovated, the kitchen boasts new appliances, cooking essentials like an air fryer and Instapot, and a well-stocked coffee bar, complete with a Keurig coffee machine, coffee pods, and various condiments. Just across the way is the dining area with seating for six. Bask in the natural light of this room as you enjoy your meals and take in the views of the scenic woodland from the large windows. This room opens up to a back deck, surrounded by the Poconos forest where you'll spot visiting deer often. The great room is also situated next to this area and has a large gas fireplace with remote and sitting area to hang by the fire. The living area has a large sofa, and a 135" movie screen and an Android 4K LED gaming proector to enjoy all of your favorite movies, video games, and sports games on! There’s also a separate working space at a desk - yes, we offer high-speed internet (500 Mbps)! ☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆ You won’t have to go far to experience the scenic surroundings of the Poconos area. Step outside onto the back deck and enjoy the stunning woodland views or hang out by the fire or relax on a hammock with a good book. In the evenings relax and unwind and watch the stars from the 7 person hot tub! Or, one of our favorites, enjoy your morning cup of coffee in the hot tub amongst nature and roaming deer. Don't forget to grill your favorite meals on the blackstone grill! * LAUNDRY: Washer/dryer are provided for guest use in the downstairs laundry closet. This home is located in Penn Estates, which is as central of a location in the Poconos as you could possibly find! During the summer months, you will have lake and pool access, located right inside Penn Estates, just minutes from the home! Guest access Penn Estates is located in a gated community in the Poconos. Community and Township rules require that guests sign "short-term leases", (also known as and referred to as a “Guest Registration Form)” during communication with the host, with the community for the duration of their stay. These will be provided to guests following booking and at least 4 days prior to the arrival. To complete this paperwork, each guest must provide home address, phone number, drivers license and vehicle information for all guests driving vehicles into the community. A valid drivers license and valid vehicle registration is required in person at the Welcome Center to receive a gate pass for entry. Failure to fill out the Short Term Lease/Guest Registration Form 4 days prior to guest arrival, or, same day for reservations booked 72 hours or less prior to guest check in, are subject to cancellation. Guests will be given a temporary gate pass for the duration of their stay. Guests will have full access to all of the property with the exception of 2 locked storage/linen closets and a locked kitchen cabinet. Other things to note Base price is set for 5 guests. There is an extra charge of $25 per guest per night for extra guests after 5 guests up to 8 guests total. Speed limit in the community is strict and enforced by security of Penn Estates (25mph) - this is for the safety of children, pets and everyone in the community. Citations may be given for speed violations. • Our occupancy limit is regulated by the township with a maximum of 8 occupants. “Occupant” is defined by the township as adults, children, and infants that will be staying at the property. Infants are included in occupancy limits per the township. • There are 4 parking spaces available and only 4 cars will be permitted by the Penn Estates community. • Vehicles must be parked in the driveway and are not permitted to park on the street and may be subject to a fine by Penn Estates security if they are parked on street or hanging out of the driveway. • Quiet hours begin at 11pm. • No fireworks within the community or inside the home. • No more than 7 people in the hot tub at one time. • No glitter or confetti allowed (inside or outside) • No candles inside of property • Please stay within property lines and do not trespass on neighboring properties *Please note each guest is expected to clean the grill after use. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ There are 3 outdoor security cameras for the safety and security of our guests. The cameras are not monitored live, and are not live feed capable. They are motion censored cameras that simply film a small clip when it detects motion. The locations of the cameras are as follows: Camera 1.) Located in the rafters of the front porch (the left side if you’re facing the front door) and it’s pointed horizontally at the entrance of the front door to monitor incoming guests and ensured provide inside privacy. Camera is not live feed and is not monitored and is only motion sensor. Camera 2.) Located on a tree trunk on the left of the driveway and directed towards the driveway and front of the house. Camera is not live feed and is not monitored and is only motion sensor. Camera 3.) Located on a tree trunk in the fire pit area in the back yard and pointed at the rear entrances of the home, the hot tub, and fire pit area for security and safety and to monitor the fire pit to avoid forest fires.
