Located in a quiet neighbourhood, near buses. We offer a comfortable, double room, private bathroom, safe street parking. Access to freeways, TAFE, Westfield Chermside, Boondall Entertainment, Ice rink, supermarkets. Airport 20 min We don't have any pets. We are unable to host smokers. The guest space unsuitable for toddlers. We are willing to host non mobile babies provided you bring a porta cot for them. Children 5 + years welcome only if accompanied by just one parent. [maximum 2 guests] The space We now live in a lowset home in a quiet, friendly neighbourhood, with a beautiful backyard and outdoor area. Your room and bathroom can be closed off from the shared living areas. Basic breakfast is available, you may cook simple meals, do laundry and enjoy tea or coffee at any time. Guest access You will be given keys so that you may come and go as you like. During your stay We are often home. Can be reached by text at any time. Communication is important to us. While you are in the house, please come and talk to us about your needs or issues. Please don't use the airBnB app for messages while you are in the house. Other things to note No smoking. Request that you communicate with us re cooking meals as we share the kitchen and dining area. Please eat meals in the dining area or outside tables if you wish. No "recreational" drugs thanks. After check in, if you can't find us in the house, our best contact is by text of phone call, not the AirBnB app. [I don't hear the app alert]
