Large house with a pool in a natural area

BEFORE BOOKING, PLEASE CONTACT ME! 1 NIGHT OK IF 10 MINIMUM. The house and its pool are located on a very large estate near the city; the sea is 15 minutes away. The house consists of 4 bedrooms; 2 bathrooms; 2 dining rooms and a kitchen. Part of the property is dedicated to you. The 4 bedrooms represent a total of 9 beds, that is, 3 double beds and 3 single beds; if 4 more beds are needed, they can be arranged in the spaces. The space The accommodation is very spacious and can accommodate up to 13 people (people included in the reservation) if there are guests; it's no problem! However, please let me know in order to notify the tourist office; some of their requirements. Guest access The entire house and 2 bathrooms are used. The rooms are only the ones I make available to guests. If it is a couple, only the room provided. Other things to note There are 2 ways to access from the main road. Ask me and I'll explain.
