The space The space consists of an air-conditioned room with a double bed (160x200cm) and twin-sized bunk beds (90x200cm) to allow for a family or spacious enough for 4 adults. Kitchenette area with hotplate, mini-fridge with freezer shelf, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Living room table converts to an eating table and there's an additional outdoor deck area for dining. Public picnic tables also available beachside and at the end of the pier. Private bathroom with shower stall and heated floor. Bed linens, towels and beach towels included. Property located on the hiking trail Skåneleden for hiking or a brisk walk to Lomma Harbor (2.5km) or Bjärred Saltsjöbaden (2km). Walking distance to Örestads golfklubb (900m) and Habo Ljung nature reserve (300m). Take a beach walk to the Lomma Surf café (800m) for rentals or lessons in SUP or kitesurfing. Or try your hand at windsurfing at the Lomma windsurfingklubb (2.3km). Bus connection short 300m walk (#132) to Lomma (stop: Habo Ljung Ljunghuset) with connections to trains or bus to Lund or Malmö. Guest access The apartment is attached to main house with a separate entrance. Property accessed via Södra Västkustvägen turn down the beach access road and look for the blue house. The host lives in the main building. Parking is available next to the unit and is free of charge. If traveling by public transportation, bus stop is Habo Ljung Ljunghuset. Other things to note *The guesthouse is located on a beachfront property, however, there is no oceanview from the room.
